Pros
Digital Pi truly feels like a family business and we're all part of the family. We only take on the clients that make the most sense and respectfully decline to work with those that do not. That philosophy is a big departure from companies i've worked for in the past. The work life balance is incredible, and it feels really good to know that i'm backed up by a group of the smartest digital marketers out there.
Cons
After a year and a half working with Digital Pi I can honestly say the only thing I would consider a con is they didn't hire me earlier.
