Pros
-Awesome group of people who work here -The company is growing pretty fast so it's a great opportunity to really learn and evolve. -No micromanagement, which lets you be self-directed. Fast paced which some can see as a downside but it keeps it interesting and tests your abilities. -Able to have an input and be heard. Very rare do you get to offer ideas or solutions, where they are actually taken into consideration or brought to fruition. The CEO is really easy to get along with and you can tell he truly cares about his clients and his employees. You can talk to him about anything work-related or not.
Cons
Not a lot of processes in place so people who are used to structure might not find a fit here. I see it as a pro because you become a crucial part of building out these processes with your own input.
