As an SEO specialist for three years, I appreciate the constant opportunities for learning, with access to senior team members and training resources. The variety of clients kept the work exciting and allowed me to grow my skill set. While management fosters a positive office culture, where support and collaboration are prioritised.
Cons
There really aren’t any major downsides. While the fast-paced nature of the work can be demanding at times, I felt it built a level of resilience to push forward. As the company continues to grow, there are occasional adjustments to processes, but these are expected in any evolving business.
