Pros
Ive been with this company since the start. We have done it all, I have also interviewed most of the top performers in Digital in the North West. The team right now is the best team ever, we have had some bad apples along the way also, but that is the same for any company. We went to the Crystal maze last friday, we go white water rafting, we have boat parties, pizza from Dominoes sometimes, sports days...you name it, we have done it. I love working here and I am excited about the future.
Cons
None, because the board genuinely try their best to make everyone happy. They dont like moaners or negative people but do their upmost if someone becomes a little like that or has personal troubles. The level of support they have given some staff with outside work problems in my opinion is unheard of elsewhere!
