With the rate of growth they have seen the owners have done a great job of moving along with staff, premises and first class web skills to be fair nothing really i can grumble about. Owners pitch in with the staff and don't think they are above anybody. Any dead wood or negativity is spotted and taken out, dealt with their former head of accounts very well when he grew an ego, he forgot that he was taught a lot by senior people who gave their time and effort to grow that ego. I only moved as was moving abroad....ignore any fake reviews thats for sure its a good place i can vouch for that.
Cons
Keep developing internal CMS :) you are getting there on your own development. Keep spotting negativity when it arises or when egos grow get rid !
