The variety of clients kept the work exciting and allowed me to grow my skill set. While management fosters a positive office culture, where support and collaboration are prioritised.

There really aren’t any major downsides. While the fast-paced nature of the work can be demanding at times, I felt it built a level of resilience to push forward. As the company continues to grow, there are occasional adjustments to processes, but these are expected in any evolving business.

I had a great time over here working and growing as a SEO specialist. Everyone was very supportive with different quirks and personalities, yet will complement very well as a team when its time to collaborate. Couldn't think of any place with great culture as Digital Next!

The agency is in an expansion phase so workloads can get hectic, but thats part of agency life. Other than that, its a great place to work at!
