      Pros

      Had great benefits actually and it was 100% remote if you worked outside of Montreal.

      Cons

      Gosh. Too many to count. The company really didn't care about the employees and would dismiss their concerns. The HR people they've had at the company look out for upper management and will pretend to care and ask employees what can improve but then if those same employees voice why things haven't changed then HR tells them to leave the company if they're unhappy. This was confirmed in an all staff meeting that the HR person actually said this to employees in one on one meetings. Pretty toxic!

      Pros

      Since I've worked here for a few months, my manager and the team have shown me good judgement and trust, and they have all welcomed me into the group. I've been understanding how the business operates and how I can support it in developing better procedures.

      Cons

      You may not always be familiar with every team member when working from home, but this is a common occurrence in all businesses.

      Great individuals to work with, and good mission

      Cons

      Management wasn't listening to the struggles of each department and was running the nonprofit like a business instead of a nonprofit.
