Pros

* No time tracking. * Not too many meetings. There's technically no daily standups, but you basically have daily meetings that serve as such. They can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. * Friendly people. * Nice office. * Food is partially paid for (in places that are partnered with the app).

Cons

* This company is generally what you'd expect from a startup or any software dev job: a system laden with tech debt and severe infrastructure issues and a dev department attempting to gain footing. * Mediocre pay for title and stack used. * Mediocre benefits. * Be careful what you tell leadership in confidence. * Ticket cleanup sessions are called "grooming". Please find another name for this... * The company struggles in acquiring talent and resorts to hiring juniors (even in leadership and management), so it's very hard to be fired, which could be very good or bad depending on your point of view. * It isn't rare to see employees voluntarily work 10 hours a day, receive messages after hours, and see employees work on vacation. * If you're looking to get into the crypto industry (for some reason) or want to enter the software development field, this is a good springboard opportunity. Otherwise, look elsewhere. While the company evidently tries very hard to create a friendly culture, it has the faults of a typical dev job without the perks or industry, so there isn't an incentive.
