      Nothing to look on positive side..your salary will make you feel like you are half a packet of peanuts or even lesser

      Cons

      What not to start with..1.Treats employees as slaves 2.Micromanagement 3.The CEO is bothered to clean his own *blank* ..nothing less than a *blank* 4.The HR with no human resource policies or rules ideas where he only licks CEO's **** ...you can fill that up 5.work your a** off for 30 days and don't even expect salary on 31 day..it's a sin..6.No leaves to be taken even for your own funeral but the CEO never even cares if your alive anyways

      Pros

      having the best leads and management, we get lots of advantages from the company which profits not only the company but also the employees too.

      Cons

      no cabs, few of the head management take their position as an advantage and try to talk to the ones who are not as achieved as they are. ( their attitude should change)
