Pros

Work day starts at 10 am.

Cons

I was paid less than minimum wage but doing the same work as full-time employees, and no one bothered to teach me anything. I had to learn basically everything on my own. They promote men who literally will show up at 12pm or just not do their jobs. They won't get in any sort of trouble, while everyone lower on the totem poll was constantly critiqued. Every single person is massively underpaid. Once I complained privately about offensive language that was used, and my complaint was immediately told to the manager who had used it, who then pulled me into an office and yelled at me for saying anything. They build their company as "one big family" but treat most of that "family" horribly.

Pros

The energy of DMR is so collaborative . Everyone truly cares about each other and there is lots of room to learn and grow. I enjoy my time working at DMR and made some incredible and talented friends.

Cons

Pay could be slightly higher but they're working on that which is great.
