      Everyone is great except for 2 individuals

      Cons

      The lead is a puppet of the director. Neither have the experience to run the prepress department. You will get humiliated and yell at after 30 days on the job. DO no work here. Benefits are a laugh. camera in all the rooms. The whole company gets treated like kinder garden children when someone makes a mess in the washroom. Constant yelling when a mistake is made in front of everyone. Your mistakes a posted on a wall and counted for everyone to see.
