Cons
- think about it, you can not even find anything on google about them - in case you're working well and you want to get a raise: you need to fight for it, but not in a good way. it's a real fight. - there are nearly no benefits (yes, you get coffee and fruits. but that's it) - double read the contract! legal issues will be ignored from management side - management is not able to lead teams into right direction - transparency from management is not given - positions which are low, will stay low -> this is no place to develop yourself as an employee - no budget to educate yourself, unless you're fighting for it again - C level focus on numbers, not on people - Nobody knows what CEO is even doing. Seems like no technical knowledge is there. It's all about motivations speeches and a lot of money for conferences
