      Pros

      Upper level Management is very supportive to everyone who works there. Very fun environment and atmosphere. All employees have a very happy, and proud to work at such a great company.

      Cons

      Honestly the only con I can think of is the 30 minute commute from where I live! I really enjoy working at Digital.

      Pros

      The technology they provide, they understand and keep up on. The CEO wants the company to do well and tries.

      Cons

      They make outragous compenstation projections that are not true. The President is hard to deal with and likes to point fingers to make sure no blame ever lands on him. Because of these two things and many more, turnover is high. I am stilled owed thousands of dollars on jobs that are almost a full year old, being that I had to take the claim to the labor board, you can not trust this company to pay you without a fight. They have admitted that I am owed the commissions but are yet to pay them.
