BHASHINI is one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed workplaces one can experience. If you do not behave exactly the way certain people want, they start playing subtle games and tactics that make your daily work life extremely stressful. The culture is built on fear, ego, and favoritism, not professionalism or merit. There is a complete lack of empathy and no real support system. The environment felt toxic, unpredictable, and emotionally exhausting. If you value professionalism, proper processes, mental peace, and respectful treatment, please think twice before joining. This place needs a serious overhaul in senior management attitude and HR practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working at BHASHINI.
