All of the people I worked with on a daily basis and across departments are genuinely good people, always willing to help, and to do their very best. Many opportunities for growth and great challenges in a very dynamic environment make it the ideal first job for many junior professionals. If you're a senior professional, make sure that priorities are aligned and that there's a credible roadmap that management are committed to *really* delivering on it, allocating sufficient resources, crossing all tees, dotting all ies.
Cons
Management at the very top is often at loss and disconnected from the reality of the people who work very hard. Processes are often not well defined, or always under construction, lack of ownership of processes and lack of process management and design stiffles innovation.
