In my current position as a Customer Support agent we are often given 3 day weekends and do work some shifts remotely.

When first starting with this company, the Customer Support team worked a shift rotation that included overnights but that's since been removed from our schedule. That's personally the only con I can think of, however that's a personal opinion and I can see how working in this industry a night shift may be necessary again in the future.
