You will learn how it is to work in cybersecurity. Little bonuses are shared occasionally as addition to salary Coworkers are generally willing to share knowledge and help. You will get proper exposure and entry level training into cybersecurity. Employment bond includes full payment for certifications(60% of which are not industry recognised)
Cons
Employment bond can be a disadvantage for those who don't want to stay long Includes non-compete that prevents working with competitors in Nigeria after leaving. Management decisions can be inconvenient and non-contestable at times. Not great work life balance.
