Pros

The dispatchers are wonderful. Extremely nice as long as you are nice to them. My coworkers out of the warehouse I worked out of were pretty cool, always willing to help when I had a question. My warehouse managers or FSMs were also pretty cool.

Cons

When I was talking to the recruiter, I was told all I had to pay for was a couple hand tools. After being hired I found out I had to pay $275 for uniforms, which took them almost 6 weeks to get to me and I ended up ruining some personal clothing which wasn't compensated because of it. I had to buy drills which totaled over $300, the rest of my tools which was somewhere over $150. They take $100 for a piece of equipment they lend to you which is vital to do the job. So after paying the company to work there, you get terrible pay, the benefits aren't the greatest, and you never know when you're going home for the evening. I'm not even adding anything on the houses you have to go into. Then the other thing is over half the job is focused on sales. Sell, sell, sell. You have to sell a bunch of stuff to customers who just want TV, that they don't need. If you don't sell enough, it could cost you your job.
