      Pros

      You will get only LESS salary nothing more than that

      Cons

      1. Company only provide drop facility not a pickup facility 2. Company PF, employee PF, Health Insurance deducted from employee salary 3. Variable pay will only if you work more than 9 hrs as well as Saturday/ Sunday 4. No Indian holidays, Only US holidays which has no use 5. Manager was treat you as a labour & he/she was shout on floor directly so you will get insult on floor 6. Maximum increment will get only 2% to 10% after one year completion so which has no use 7. In probation their is no leave
