      My Manager was the most ugliest person I have ever met. She never respected the team members, she use to shout like crazy and also used abusive language when angry. Management thinks only about themselves and the people close to them, others are not valued at all. Make false promises. Will go to any extend to take out their work. Will throw employees out any time they want.

      Thank you for your comments. In our path to keep such experiences to the minimum, we have re-evaluated our internal structure, and equipped the HR team with more authority. We conduct frequent surveys on employee satisfaction and no complaint goes unaddressed.
