Pros
Working as a Motion Designer at this startup was a mix of learning and challenges. On one hand, the fast-paced environment offered many opportunities to grow. I had the chance to sharpen my motion design skills and gained exposure to new techniques and tools that I hadn’t worked with before. The startup culture allowed for creativity and hands-on experience, which was valuable.

Individual handling and communication were not always effective, and there seemed to be a lack of clear direction in some projects.
