Grate company to work for. Honestly the environment and people are amazing. The pay is grate and the benifits package it about normal for the IC in this area.
Very chill and relaxing atmosphere with the company; superb support staff.

Program management is lacking, little support to employee on a contract, the client is always right, isolates the employee upon departing even with a 2 week notice and past experience that brought the company money. After performing more tasks and bringing more money with a new contract, employees rewarded with a smaller bonus and no annual raise (zero percent).
