Pros
*Great atmosphere, feels like on big happy family. *Management is flexible with employee's life style and reasonable with work hours. *A great place to start gaining experience in the industry and to build contacts.
Cons
*Poor leadership, lack of direction or focus. *Company is 2 years behind the curve and can't figure out what it wants to do. *Scared of change or high risks or to use technologies they don't feel comfortable with, and when they do take risks they use old ways of thinking to implement those changes. *Employees skills and experience are misallocated. *Company tries to use old methods and features to address and solve new problems. *Money and metrics are more important than design and player community. *Upper management or product managers will ignore employees warnings and still dictates what happens in a given situation even though they lack the experience in that area, only using skewed metrics or blanket replies to drive their own agenda.
