-Very relaxed and somewhat fun place to work, The community of people are super chill and extremely talented. -Drama-free work environment of creatives. -Periodically have company days (Universal, Epcot, Water park, etc.) -Free lunch orders every other Friday. -Bonuses and raises every year. -Opportunity for additional paid work. -Amazing PTO policy, Probrably the best policy of any company. -Hybrid work schedule, This is helpful especially when someone is busy and can't deal with friction of getting ready and driving to work can take out a good chunk of work time.

-Central downtown which depending on you can be a pain or a plus. -Periods of lulls in work and also periods of OVERLOAD of work. -Work CAN get stressful but really all depends on yourself how stressful it can get, Project managers are willing to work with you on deadlines if its too tight.

The artists at the company are nice people.

Boss has zero respect for his employees and will not listen to any concern you have about the ridiculously high stress levels, bad senior management, and horribly fast and unintuitive pre-production process that he refuses to revise to make better videos. EVERYONE in the company knows this but nobody has any power to veto him because he is the owner and thinks he knows best (he does not know 3D at all). He burns bridges with every employee that leaves the company because he takes everything personally and manipulates you by telling him his feelings are hurt. In my experience.. While working unpaid overtime the boss purposely avoided me for 2 straight weeks while refusing to talk or see me in any capacity to come up with solutions or simply just to make me feel supported in doing what should be a 2 month project in 3 weeks. The last 3 months at the company I was severely depressed and struggling with horrible anxiety about my boss. I would not recommend working with him.
