      Pros

      Extremely competent and helpful technical team. Mostly transparent and pragmatic management. Convincing vision and top-level strategy. Fairly flexible working hours. Great work-life balance. Best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Sometimes a seeming lack of consistency from upper management. This does not impact daily work, but can be a bit frustrating from time to time.

      Pros

      Digital Barriers has had lots of improvements over the last few years and is really progressing towards a promising future in the security/surveillance industry, with cutting edge technology in wireless video streaming, even on constrained or congested networks.

      Cons

      Twenty-first century economics and supply chain considerations can take a toll on any company, but the move to being a software-centric technology company is a step in the right direction.
