Pros
- Chance to work on multiple corporate clients in a variety of industries and understanding their business - Exposure to the end to end digital marketing automation process and wide variety of platforms/applications that the clients utilise - Ability to spread outside of your original skillsets to learn more and new skills - Great location, close to train station and central to eateries and cafes - Work flexibility - if you deliver and get things done, this is can be offered to you (however depends on the manager)
Cons
- There was a constant restructure during my tenure which made it slightly confusing to navigate - Some of previous management did not know how to manage people (no longer there)
