Pros
1. Excellent exposure in all areas of HR. 2. Amazing work environment 3. Free reign to explore 4. Open flow of communication between the team. 5. No matter if you are an intern or an employee the level of respect and the quality of assignments you get are top-notch. 6. Even though the work is more, with good management, W/L balance can be maintained. 7. 5 day-working. Weekends are off. 8. RMs and Senior level members are very approachable and helpful.
Cons
1. Salary is quite less as compared to the quality of work especially for MTs. 2. The amount of work in HR is a bit more as the number of people in the HR dept is less as compared to the total number of employees + the hiring needs.
