Pros
It's a business that knows purpose and values. It has great benefits, a lovely team and a culture that encourages growth and teamwork. But most importantly for me, It helped me realize the meaning and purpose of the work I do every day, that made all the difference for me

None that I can think of at the moment, can be a wild ride though always something new to learn
