Pros

Working at Digistore24 has been a really good experience for me. I first joined as support, and because of the opportunities here, I was able to grow into a chargeback analyst role. The environment makes it easy to ask questions and learn, and I always feel supported by my leads and teammates. There’s a lot of room to grow if you’re open to feedback and willing to take on new challenges. I also appreciate that the effort you put in actually gets noticed, which isn’t always the case in other companies.

Cons

Since the company is still growing, some processes are being improved along the way, but that also means there’s room to share ideas and contribute to making things better.

Pros

Strong leadership: Managers lead by example and are approachable, transparent, and supportive. Work-life balance: Flexible hours and genuine respect for time off make it easy to maintain balance — this is what I love most about this company. Employee recognition: Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed; appreciation is a core part of the culture.

Cons

Decision-making can be slower due to the collaborative nature of the culture.
