Pros

- Projects - People - friendly - no politics from colleagues. - Lesser restrictions - Get to learn a lot (from the senior's mistakes) - One can become a good programmer here, just get your right before coming here. - You get to decide your own architecture and "Experts" can help you out optmizing it.

Cons

- Lacking vision. - Management? nope.. it was utter mis-management! (but there's always a hope) - Culture? No efforts from the company, like literary no efforts. The company does not believe in such things. - Appreciations from the higher management are mechanical and are not natural. - The mind behind the company does not believe in collaborative efforts, or want to get everything done single handedly.
