Pros

• Leadership is open, honest and holds each other accountable (the openness of the current team is refreshing and needed). • Truly unique and needed benefits (i.e. employee dream month, luggage parties, birth of a child savings account set up, etc.). • The professional development program at Digineer is a very comprehensive and well thought out process. • Clients at Digineer are stimulating, multifaceted and want a Digineerians (not just a “butt in a seat”). • There is always a reason to celebrate and enjoy the accomplishments we achieve as a team. Whether it is at the client or on the corporate side or giving back to the community; Digineer knows how to celebrate the wins and learn/grow from the losses. • The tools, techniques and processes that Digineer consultants use at their clients set them apart from other consultants. Clients know they hire the best of the best. • We come together as a team and help each other out as team. No matter what you client are at, you feel that Digineer is there for you and you know you have the entire team backing you up.

Cons

• Sometimes the beer fridge is missing Leinenkugel’s and that is just wrong. • That past year was a huge learning year for Digineer. It was great to see everyone stick together, complete “village challenges” and adapt to the changes we faced (wait, maybe that isn’t a con).

Pros

- Company community: for a consulting company with employees serving a variety of clients they do a lot of work to put on events (social and professional) to bring people together and create community. - Bonus opportunities: Bonuses given for recruitment of people and new clients. If you are a good at networking or sales there’s a lot of opportunity to earn more money than your salary.

Cons

- I feel slightly under paid for what my position would get as a full time employee at my client. However as mentioned above this difference can be made up with bonuses if you’re able to get them.
