Pros
It’s the place for a junior to start their career but keep your stay short if you don’t want to burn out by the end of your junior years.
Cons
Two words: overworked and under paid. Salaries are based on politics (you better know and be friends with someone in the upper class of Digic to make a proper living). If you are an artist and a woman the chances that your salary is way under than your male colleagues’ are pretty high. Unless you are a foreign worker.... than you can make a bit more than a cashier at Aldi....
