Pros
-The boss -My co-workers -The team is very young (average age = 25) -It is located inside Paris -We are all very autonomous -We get to be on facebook all day!!! :D
Cons
-Some people don't like it when there is too much autonomy -It is a startup -It is inside Paris (expensive to eat there at lunchtime...) -Sometimes there is overtime to do.
