Pros
The team is fully remote and everyone uses the tools available to get stuff done. The focus is on performing, not showing up to meetings. Everyone is so smart and hardworking, and really cares about the customers. Things move fast at a startup, but I’ve found everyone makes themselves available to help new teammates whenever I ask. Just overall a really healthy and positive workplace.
