Pros
Having worked at many companies of different sizes and start-ups the chemistry and people are key to the success as much as the execution. DigiLens has great people and a caring family culture. There is a mutual respect between the different departments and everyone takes an ownership perspective in the work they do. The technology is transformational but it takes a village to tackle some of the most complex physics and chemistry problems and the DigiLens team is working together in a very magical way.
Cons
There is a lot of complexity to the Digilens story and evolution and with any disruptive technology that is heavy R&D focused this is to be expected. Translating a complex narrative to bite size articulation can be a challenge. Also with the launch of ARGO the company is accelerating on the product side and there is much to do. Overall amazing company and working to simplify that narrative.
