Stingy and selfish boss No progression

none that I could think of...

1. Micromanaged environment - by Director himself 2. Director expects staff to come early BUT work late W/O OT pay 3. No Bonus (for the past few years - empty promises by the Director) 4. High turnover rate 5. Director belittled staff making it look like as if he's some kind of God; everyone owes him a living just because they work for him 6. No WIFI usage in office 7. Stingy Director
