Amazing company. Really cares about employees. Takes time to train. Pays well.

Really any con I can think of is more about campaign life (moving across the country in less than a month and finding your own housing etc.) and not a Digidem specific issue. Digidems is amazing.

I love their culture and their ability to provide you with lots of resources for career growth after each political cycle.

No major drawbacks, but you always need to stay prepared since the work is primarily contract-based.
