      Pros

      Excellent teamwork, challenging tasks, and good company benefits. The engineering team is very skilled and a joy to work with. The administrative personnel are also wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of product sales affects workforce stability. The company has struggled with sales which makes it difficult to provide a stable work environment.
