The pay was decent enough.

Where to begin - I watched the manager berating and shaming the only person who knew what they were doing. I watched them crush the other employee's soul and then watch as the nepotism that went with his position of authority further deteriorate that employee's self-esteem and literal health. Maybe it's the problem of one bad manager, or maybe it's systemic - since the employee didn't feel SAFE speaking with HR.

Good college job. Flexible hours and understanding from managers. Learn a lot about printing and finishing process.
