Pros
The pay, benefits, and coworkers.
Cons
Management, work-life-balance, mandatory overtime, constant pressure even when "exceeding" company set statistics. Digikey has set KPI (interactions per hour) requirements (9 per hour), I typically met a kpi of 12-15, never received complaints from customers or coworkers, but would be berated on my productivity. My supervisor (who I made several complaints about but nothing was done) would pull me aside every 1-2 weeks and would comb through my work day (literally down to the minute) and would ask me why there would be 3-4 minute gaps where I wasn't in one of 2 programs working. These would be times when I'd be using Google translate or foxit (which was implemented by DK to use when translating documents) on a purchase order, reading through the purchase order itself, reading / replying to constant emails from management, or simply stepping away to use the bathroom. This became a regular thing over the last two months of my employment with my supervisor constantly threatening termination of employment, but when I brought this harassment to the attention of management she would back track and day this never happened and play the victim, even though I rarely ever received (and never gave) any negative feedback for the first 2.5 years of employment before receiving a new supervisor. I had heard from half a dozen other employees that they had made complaints to management about her as well and nothing was done as she was a long time employee and just "needed time to get to know", aka "put up with her harassment and you'll eventually get used to it".
