      Work culture is great and the company is committed to helping you grow as a person and a corporate worker in general.

      Cons

      Very active and fast-paced environment where you'll need to adapt and be very resilient to pressure. As much as your colleagues are supportive of you to learn on the job, you'll need to be able to work at a pace that may not be up to your speed.

      Pros

      Loved talking to customers and help them to find the product that best suits them. I would also keep myself updated with all the newest promotions and find the best one for myself. The pay was decent and there was commission on top of that.

      Cons

      My workplace in particular was not as transparent, the guidelines were pretty unclear and sometimes I felt the manager treated people differently.
