As a talent acquisition specialist you operate with as much autonomy as you like and are trusted to accomplish your targets without a manager hovering over you. My manager was always looking for ways to help me move into higher level roles and was excited for me when earned a promotion into a management role. It would be a disservice to the company if I didn't mention the camaraderie that occurs within the office, everyone not only gets along great but also support and are each other’s biggest coaches/fans.

In my office there is only one window and my back is to it, sunny days during the summer I just want to feel the sun! Also the office can be a little cool in the winter time, nothing a nice sweater can't fix though. Really the only con with this position is that you have to dedicate a lot of time, this could mean 10-12 hour days however the more time and energy you put in the more money you make. I think it’s a pretty good trade off.
