      Company provided vehicle Decent healthcare, 401k, and EPP Ability to travel sometimes

      Large amount of driving required. Advancement opportunities became limited during/post COVID. Felt pay was well below market.

      The pay and benefits were great.

      Cons

      The company seems a little too big for their britches if you get my drift. Communication seemed disconnected and like no one knew what they were supposed to be doing at any given time.
