At Didit there is the opportunity to acquire different skills, however you have to be able to wear many different hats. - Account Executive Didit Employee Review

Pros

At Didit, the CEOs are involved with multiple projects which has resulted in the launch of several small businesses within the company. The great thing is that if you show initiative there is the opportunity to become involved with various projects and acquire new skills in the process.

Cons

The downside to working at Didit is that instead of an 8 hour workday, our hours are from 9-6. Also, because so many people assume more responsibilities than originally hired for the company assumes everyone should be willing to do the same. The company does not separate vacation days from sick days - we are only allowed 15 PTO days per year. Also, we use to get annual raises but due to the economy the company has scaled back from doing so for the last two years or giving raises despite promotions. Due to this, the turnover has been very large this year from February to now - we have lost about 1 person per month which is a big deal for a company the size of only 75 or so people. Promotions are not offered on performance base but on a need basis and often time people promoted are not adequately qualified or prepared for their new roles.
