Cons
I agree with all reviews on here - I wish I could name certain individuals but I don’t think that is appropriate.
Main point here being, staff at Dictate are never valued or appreciated. Staff are also being treated unfairly, for instance individuals would come in late but because they know certain person they won’t get the ‘talk’ but others will be reported to the management. Same applies to people making mistakes.
