Late Sittings. Uncertainty in weekends. You always gets the opportunity to work on weekends. Although the timings are 10 AM to 7 PM but there is no gurantee that you leave office on time so expect around 10 PM daily. There is no sprint-planning in this company. Lack of Project Coordinator makes the sprint delivery uncertain. No one clearly knows the complete requirements of the task. There is no proper communication between the teams. They will add new items and tasks to the sprint but they will not increase its timeline. If there is an issue caught on live instance then they will blame you alot and will not take as a team fault. Their product is so frustrated that when you work on it then it will make you mentally ill because their product never work despit how much effort is put on it. There are no priorities given on the tasks you have to do all the tasks in a single day. No increments at all. They will tell you that they give annual increments but on the time of increment they will say that your performance is not good at all. Very Conjusted Office Space. There is no cleaning in office and there is always smell when you enter in it. Extremely Less Salaries.
