Pros
Management was as flexible as they could be, and understanding. They would always come if a customer got aggressive.
Cons
The hours were awful, I have no idea how I did it. The job itself was insanely difficult for fast food. How? We weren’t allowed to stop cleaning, cooking, working. Not even for 30 seconds. Managers would tell me that if we have time to lean on the counter, we have time to clean something. My body would practically collapse once I got home, and this is coming from someone who exercised 5x a week minimum outside of when I worked here! You will be covered in shake and fry grease after every shift. Also, the job can be dangerous as whenever the fry guy is making fries, he would yell “hot!” And if you are in his way at that moment, you could have hot fries land on you, which is pretty stressful. Also, male employees were very rude and would treat female employees like dirt. The disrespect I faced on the floor when I was trying to do my job by other crew members was absolutely ridiculous.
