No required weekends. If you suck up to the right people you can get away with a lot of things.
Cons
Rampant favoritism. Certain employees are more or less exempt from what every other employee would be held accountable for. Undisputedly the most “full of promises” place I’ve ever worked for. Expect no raises regardless of quantity of work pushed upon you.
