This is the best company I have ever worked for. The family feel of the entire company makes it feel like you are always home. I love that we are always doing things together even outside of work and have different activities throughout the year.

The communication with management could be better and stick with the timelines they give you but I feel like that is with any company.

Some of the best things about DiamondIT is the bond everyone has in the company which makes it like a big family. Diamond invests in their employees with training and always an opportunity for growth. Team building activities like John's incredible pizza including all employees' families, escape room for employees only, and alternating Christmas parties.
