Pros
Atmosphere: The work environment is something you'd expect from a small-town business, not a thriving corporation; everyone seems more friends than co-workers, no one grumbles about "bosses", no one seems burned out or just around to punch in and out. People here are genuinely enjoying there employment and value it.
Attitude: The project managers here are very polite, professional, and truly act and feel as part of the team.
Cons
Due to the nature of the business and a rapid expansion model, working here means you have to do multiple jobs. You can't just walk in have a very narrow, specific set of talents and expect to just only do that one thing. You have to be prepared to expand and multi-task.
